Distributor Order Terms and Conditions

TERMS:

All invoicing will be net 30 Days. Woodall's offers a pre-publication cash discount of 5% on all orders with payments received prior to November 15, 2008.

SHIPPING:

Orders will be fulfilled from Quebecor World Distribution in Hazelton, PA. F.O.B.: Shipping point/collect. All orders will be shipped freight collect whenever possible. If the order is not big enough to be shipped freight collect, we will invoice any shipping charges incurred.

RETURN POLICY:

Return policy applies to Woodall annual Directories and Campground Guides Only.
Returns of all 2007 directories will be accepted until April 1, 2008 .
Returns of all 2008 directories will be accepted until April 1, 2009.

All credits applicable for returns will be applied to purchase of following year's edition. A 15% handling charge will be assessed for all returns. Handling charges will be computed on accrual billing.
