Distributor Order Terms for 2010

TERMS:

All invoicing will be net 30 Days. Woodall's offers a pre-publication cash discount of 5% on all orders with payments received prior to November 15, 2009.

SHIPPING:

First Pull Orders will be fulfilled from Quebecor World Distribution in Hazelton, PA. Regular Orders will be fulfilled from Ripon Printers in Ripon, Wisconsin F.O.B.: Shipping point/collect. All orders will be shipped freight collect whenever possible. If the order is not big enough to be shipped freight collect, we will invoice any shipping charges incurred.

RETURN POLICY:

Return policy applies to Woodall annual Directories and Campground Guides Only.
Returns of all 2009 directories will be accepted until April 1, 2010.

All credits applicable for returns will be applied to purchase of following year's edition. Returns may not exceed 7% of total year order(s), per title. A 15% handling charge will be assessed for all returns. Handling charges will be computed on accrual billing.
